Dale was awesome getting my Camry out of a not-so-easy spot! I could definitely tell that this company knows what it’s doing. I worked in emergency roadside assistance in the past so I was definitely remembering all the horror stories of how towing can go wrong. I also called the office and the employee was also very kind and helpful! Definitely a company I’d recommend to put your mind at ease.

Hit pothole on 465 E, tire blew instantly, zero pressure. Very stressful because traffic was heavy, called my roadside service and they sent Interstate Towing. The driver was Matt, he arrived quickly and got my car on the truck. I had children with me so we had to wait for a ride (only one passenger allowed in tow truck and no child seat) Matt stayed with us until our rescue ride arrived! He was great! Give that boy a raise!!! Good employees, should be valued!

Great customer service!!!!! My daughters car broke down at her work and needed towed home, I was able to have a driver out a little over an hour (weather wasnt great) & the driver did an amazing job!!! I would highly recommend!!!

At the time when I was down in the dumps due my accident….I found a ray of sunshine in Courtney at Interstate Delaware!! I could tell that Courtney was genuinely interested in helping me and answering all questions I had. Courtney offered to help with ANYthing I needed, assisting me without hesitation! What an EXCEPTIONALLY kind and compassionate young lady. I am so glad that Courtney was there for me in my darkest times as I laid eyes on my crumpled vehicle for that very FIRST time since my accident.😢 Wow! She had such a sweet and caring attitude as she figured out and contemplated ways to help me get through this process that was all new to me. Thank you Interstate Delaware Towing and thank you Courtney!!! I walked away with a smile after meeting Courtney and realizing that she was an absolute angel that the Lord sent me. I am a devout Christian who loves the Lord. God Bless Courtney and Interstate Delaware Towing for the time they take to assist others in their extreme time of need, making sure all their concerns and questions are answered. It’s Christmas Eve and I got stuck at a Shell gas station on the east side of Indianapolis. The tow truck driver Matt got there within a 1/2 hour but he jumped started the battery and saved me the cost of towing. He also followed me home to make sure that my car made it. Thanks for all your help!

Charles and dispatch was awesome broke down on 465 and need towed to ft wayne 100 miles away and was there fast and respectful 100 percent from start to finish even got to ride along I appreciate everything your group did i will recommend this company again for sure
